Each episode dives into the realities of weight loss - physically, emotionally and psychologically. But beyond the numbers on the scale, viewers will witness deep character development, shifting relationship dynamics and the powerful effects of personal transformation.

Backing the journey are heavyweights in the wellness game! Registered dietician Phakamile Nqobile Ngubane is serving tailored meal plans and solid support, while no-nonsense accountability coach Duduetsang Phele brings her experience in skating, yoga, Pilates, dance and Zumba. FITPRO trainers Sibongile Ngoma and Tsepang Mokoena are on hand to push the pace physically. Most importantly, there’s a squad of psychology pros making sure the mental game is on point and strong because health and transformation is more than skin deep.
