Delay in the release of audited results

GetBucks Botswana refer to its announcement, dated 29 December 2017, which announcement included its unaudited results and referred to the release of audited results by 31 January 2017.

The Issuer regrets to inform Noteholders that it has experienced a further delay in the preparation of its audited annual financial statements.

GetBucks Botswana has received written confirmation from PricewaterhouseCoopers, the Group’s auditors, that they will publish audited results for the Group by no later than Friday, 23 February 2018.
