Aon Botswana supports Government's COVID-19 Disaster Relief Fund

Aon Botswana has stepped up to support the COVID 19-Disaster Relief Fund, donating basic food supplies, toiletries, sanitiser and cleaning supplies in the first of two donations to provide immediate relief for vulnerable communities and people quarantined in camps as a result of the lockdown.

Aon has committed to a second donation towards the end of April to Government’s COVID 19-Disaster Relief Fund, bringing its contribution to the fund to P200 000.

Botswana is already on a 28-day lockdown, after President Mokgweetsi Masisi declared a state of emergency to help curb the spread of coronavirus on 2 April 2020.
