There can be no delivery without decentralisation

Please allow me to express my concern on the issue of Delivery in this country. Firstly, I would like to offer my belated congratulations to President Khama and his party for having won this year's general elections. I would also like to thank Batswana in general who had voted for the Botswana Alliance Movement (BAM) and Botswana Congress Party (BCP) pact.

Just after the elections President Khama announced that he is introducing a fifth D (for Delivery) to his famous four Ds.

By so saying Rre Khama was assuring the nation that he would make sure that the workers of this country work hard to deliver service to the public, particularly the civil service.
