That letter was spot on

In response to the wonderful letter written by JS FOR Mmegi dated 5-11-2008, one cannot question the credibility of the universities at which these government officers studied.

 The problem is caused by doing and running their businesses during office hours. How can a government officer arrive at work late with a van full of 10 tanks of diesel and disappear later only to report for duty the following day? You don't need to be a brain surgeon to realise that he went to the cattle post!!!!! These are the people who wear specs and they'll look at you with their eyes above the specs. I hope this disease is not contagious.
