Nkate is a disgrace

I have been following the news articles about the factional fights within the BDP.

What the BDP Secretary General (Hon Jacob Nkate) wrote about the BDP Chairman (Hon Daniel Kwelagobe) is a shame to the party, to say the least. We've always heard of the party leadership discouraging members from 1) castigating other members, 2) washing the party's dirty linen in the public and 3) using the media to portray the party's internal matters. Now it is the same Jacob Nkate (the BDP Secretary General) who castigates other members, uses the media to disclose internal party matters and thereby washing the party's dirty linen in the public, what a shame! Legale ka moeteledipele ke ene a simolotseng ka go bitsa DK are "Power Hungry".

If indeed Kwelagobe is against Khama's succession plan, then what's wrong with it? It is a healthy thing for democracy. If (assuming that) it is true that Kwelagobe is using BDP factions (Barata Phathi) to pursue a personal fight against the Vice President (Hon Mompati Merafhe), two questions come to  mind;
