Minister Nkate must continue cracking the Whip

The tertiary student in Botswana behaves like an uncultured, uneducated and uncivilised human entity.

The University of Botswana students are some of the most spoilt students in the entire universe. This is how it goes; a student finishes secondary, gets good grades and gets admitted into UB. The majority of them don't even think about the cost of university fees, and I bet none of them know how much their programme costs, all they have are free classes, access to books, are fed, and clothed by the government.
