Your newspaper should not, by inference, be blaming me for the current Moeding crisis. On my arrival at Moeding in May 2005, I found rampant bullying and criminal violence. As everyone involved with Moeding can tell you, I tirelessly led the battle against that culture, almost eliminating it. The situation steadily improved until the end of last year when the boarding situation could be described as both normal and stable.
