On three occasions, I nearly found my house in ashes due to an electrical plug made from Shangai China-rated 250volts,13 Amps,513 Watts (250v,13A,513W).

This has proved to be a dangerous adaptor (round to square) to many households, the 13 Amp fuse housed or covered with a red plastic insulation heavy polyethylene material is supposed to disconnect the circuit when the electrical system senses a fault by blowing the fuse wire inside without burning the plastic cover.
