BDP, BNF, BCP got it wrong on Zim

The run-off elections came and are gone. These elections became necessary when no party managed to get an absolute majority, however, it became clear that the ruling ZANU-PF party's vote was spilt by its break-away prodigal son, Simba Makoni.

The Zimbabwe law requires maintenance of the status quo and to call for a run-off between the two leading candidates, in this case President Robert Mugabe and Mr. Morgan Tsvangirai.
