I have doubts if this is the writer's real name, and I also have strong conviction that he is a Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) operative, judging by his tenacious and vigorous defense of stale BDP government policies. It is common knowledge that the upsurge in extra judicial killings by security agents and especially the recent cold blooded shooting of John Kalafatis, have sent waives of shock across the nation, from churches, to civil society, politicians and ordinary citizens. The Law Society of Botswana gave BOCONGO a statement and Ditshwanelo , condemning this inhumane acts perpetuated by security agents. Rre Sidney Pilane, a staunch BDP member and many others have voiced his concern at the killing of Kalafatis and the careless handling of the issue by the leadership.
