Naledi Thema, Orange Botswana�s shining star!

This year, Orange Botswana is proud to announce that their own Naledi Thema, a Customer Advisor at Orange Botswana’s Main Mall shop was amongst the 10 recipients of the Consumer Watchdog’s Service Stars who were recognised and celebrated at the on-going conference.

This year’s two day conference, which is sponsored by Orange Botswana kicked off yesterday at the Gaborone International Conference Centre under the theme “Back to School”.

According to Richard Harriman of Consumer Watchdog, this theme places emphasis on the need for continuous learning in customer service as well as the need to use each interaction and mistake as a lesson to propel commitment towards improved customer experience.
