Could our judiciary be corrupt?

It is strange that of all the circulars the Chief Justice could issue in 2013 and towards the tail end of the year had to be one in which he insinuates that he is heading a corruptible judiciary.
There is nothing in the Circular as to the basis of the insinuations. For the Chief Justice to express his lack of confidence in a team he leads and does so publicly not only cast aspersions on their Lordship's integrity but erodes the confidence the public has on our judiciary.
It underscores the indispensable role women play in our society, particularly in building strong households and nurturing families.
