The Botswana Federation of Public, Private and Parastatal Sector Unions (BOFEPUSU) late yesterday learnt with great shock and disappointment about Government’s move to adjust salaries, allowances and conditions of service of non – unionised employees within the public service.

We note as well that this is done under a flimsy excuse that there is a restraining order prohibiting Government from adjusting the salaries and related allowances of public servants who are members of Unions admitted into the Public Sector Bargaining Council (PSBC).
