It is with deepest sorrow that we inform party members and Batswana of the passing of our beloved comrade and BCP founder Cde Gibson Nshimwe on Sunday the 15th April 2018 following an illness.

The BCP knows how difficult this must be for the family, relatives and friends as well as comrades of Cde Nshimwe. The bereaved are in our prayers.

Born in 1958 in Satau village in Chobe District, Cde Nshimwe’s untimely passing has robbed the party and the country of a principled, adept and devoted patriot who contributed immensely to the development of his community and the country.
