Zimbabweans at large

SELEBI-PHIKWE: Police in Selebi-Phikwe are on the hunt for two Zimbabwean men allegedly found in possession of over P200 000 worth of stolen goods.

Soldiers and police officers who were tracking the culprits discovered the goods.
The Zimbabweans, according to Station Commander, Isaiah Makala, stole a donkey cart from Phase 1 location in Selebi-Phikwe and stole two donkeys from Dikgokong lands along the Phikwe-Sefhophe road and ferried the stolen goods to Zimbabwe.
Makala said the two men followed the power line that passes near Mmadinare to Bulawayo.

He said the patrol team found the men about to cross to Zimbabwe and they fled leaving the donkey cart. The Station Commander added that the culprits use the power line as the most direct route to Zimbabwe.  They are still at large and Makala wants the community to help find them.
Many people have recovered their property while other goods should be identified at the police station.
