Zambian envoy castigated for 'late coming'

FRANCISTOWN: A Zambian envoy that had come for the Botswana/Zambia Prisons Inter-Division Games over the weekend got a tongue lashing from the Francistown District Commissioner for 'poor time management'.

Cordelliah Mpape made her comments when giving closing remarks at the end of a prize-giving ceremony that was held at the Francistown College of Technical and Vocational Education (FCTVE). The ceremony preceded the Prisons Inter-Division games between the two countries.

The ceremony started late that evening because the Zambian delegation had not come to the hall on time.
