What went wrong with Barata-Phathi?

The recent developments in the Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) Central Committee, where three members resigned are quite telling. Ex-BDP deputy secretary general Wynter Mmolotsi and additional Central Committee members Guma Moyo and Kabo Morwaeng have refused to state in full why they gave up the positions they fought so hard and lost so much to attain.

And as one pundit put it, where information is not forthcoming, assumptions reign. The air is thick with assertions and speculations as party watchers and insiders try to give form to the resignations.
