We never refused to release students - ABM

Public Relations Officer for ABM University College in Gaborone has refuted allegations by some students that the college refused to release them to join other institutions.

Kefilwe Mokokomane said in an interview yesterday that they had to follow the procedure laid down by the Ministry of Education and Skills Development on the transfer of students from one institution to another.

"We were basically following the procedure and adhering to government policy. We could not violate our regulations," she said.
