The Botswana Federation of Public Sector Trade Unions (BOFEPUSU) has called for the immediate resignation of the Minister of Presidential Affairs, Governance and Public Administration, Eric Molale and the Permanent Secretary to the President, Carter Morupisi.

The call comes in the wake of yet another embarrassing judgement against the government in relation to increment of salaries for civil servants, which the Government announced last week.

Secretary general of the federation, Tobokani Rari said this on the backdrop of the unilateral decision by Government to award salary increment to non-unionised public sector employees, and those not admitted at the Public Service Bargaining Council (PSBC); a decision the High Court nullified Tuesday.
