The United Nations (UN) delegation recently travelled to the Dukwi refugee camp on what observers say was a follow-up visit after the refugees’ recent struggles in Botswana.

The delegation, led by the UN Country Coordinator, Anders Pederson and the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) was briefed by government officials managing the camp and by partners on the ground.

Botswana , a country among those with the lowest numbers of refugees in the region, has a number of refugee issues which refuse to go away.
