Trade tops agenda of sata's visit

When the President of Zambia, Michael Sata flies into Gaborone today on an official three-day visit, the Kazungula bridge, the new Kavango Zambezi Transfrontier Conservation Area (KAZA-TFCA), as well as new trade opportunities will top his priorities.

Sata is billed to hold official talks with President Ian Khama today. According to Robert Mataka, the Zambian High Commissioner in Botswana, his boss' visit will focus on the KAZA TFCA, a regional tourism initiative launched last Thursday in Namibia.

Spanning five countries namely Angola, Botswana, Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe, the conservation area is centred around the Chobe, Caprivi and Victoria Falls areas.
