Tonota Trade Fair set for June 20

FRANCISTOWN: Tonota Subdistrict, in conjunction with the Ministry of Agriculture (MoA), will host a trade fair at the Tonota Showgrounds from June 20th to 23rd this year.

Themed 'Contributing to Economic Diversification', the exhibition will feature government departments, private companies and individual entrepreneurs. The principal technical assistant at the Department of Crop Production, Guinea Dema, has revealed that companies will pay P300 while hawkers will part with P30 to exhibit at the fair.

"Entrance will be P10 for adults and P5 for children," Dema told Mmegi, "Gates will open at 8am and close at 5pm for the duration of the show. We are calling on all businesses to come and register to exhibit,"  he said.
