Three arrested for armed robbery

Tlokweng police have arrested three men - a Motswana and two foreigners - who are suspected of breaking into Aldalph Bureau de Change, next to Oasis Motel, yesterday morning stealing P2,000, and R2,000 in cash.

It is said that the three men, who are in police custody, used knives to scare the employees of the Bureau de Change before grabbing the loot. However, they were not so lucky as the police, with the assistance of members of the public nabbed them before they could even count and share the spoils.

Superintendent Lebalang Maniki confirmed the incident saying police investigations are still at an initial stage.
