Tempers flare in court over 'boluses' exhibit

FRANCISTOWN: The future of a state case remains unclear because the prosecution and the defence are fighting over exhibits.

Gagothata Newe, who is facing a stock theft charge, is represented by Tshekiso Tshekiso of Kgalemang and Associates while the state is represented by David Pitlagano of the Directorate of Public Prosecutions (DPP).

The two parties appeared before Chief Magistrate Lorraine Makati-Lesang where tempers flared over boluses that are part of the evidence.
