Teen robs within 24 hours of bail

FRANCISTOWN: Police in Letlhakane are investigating an incident in which a 17-year-old boy with two accomplices robbed a cyclist within 24 hours of being granted bail.

Letlhakane Station Commander, Superintendent Michael Maphephu told this publication that they arrested a teenage boy in connection with robbing a cyclist just a few hours of bail.

He said that the 17-year-old suspect had just been released from prison last Thursday and committed an offence just a few hours after his release.
