Teachers miss bus

About 15 teachers at Kgari Sechele Senior Secondary School were stranded early this week when their shuttle combi did not arrive on time, the school principal says.

The teachers are part of the 39 who are accommodated in Block Seven, Gaborone due to the shortage of accommodation at the school caused by the double shift system and transported to and from by combis organised by their regional education office. However, the regional Principal Education Officer 1, Michael Kelaotswe said that the teachers caused themselves the grief by not being at the bus stop when the combi arrived to pick them up.
