Tafa, Molokomme for the CoA?

The Botswana Federation of Public Sector Unions (BOFEPUSU) has alleged that prominent attorney Parks Tafa and the Attorney General, Athaliah Molokomme are up for appointment to the Court of Appeal (CoA).

Constitutionally, President Ian Khama will exclusively appoint Kirby’s successor, and other CoA judges in consultation with the Judicial Service Commission.
