Special constable up for house breaking, theft

FRANCISTOWN: A Kutlwano Police Station special constable appeared in court on Monday to face charges of breaking and stealing from a dwelling house.

In the first count, the state alleges that Neo Pearl David, 30, broke into a house on December 23 last year in Block 3, Francistown. 

In the second count, the state alleges that after she broke into the house David then proceeded to steal a television set.
