Debswana Deputy Managing Director, Leonard Makwinja and the Diamond magnate's Public and Corporate Affairs Manager, Jacob Sesinyi have retired at Debswana having served the diamond company for over ten years.

Makwinja and Sesinyi depart as Debswana carries out restructuring.

Earlier this year; there were reports that Debswana was going through a shake up. There are reports that an undisclosed number of Debswana executives, middle managers and junior officers at the head office would lose their jobs under pressure from De Beers, one of the company's shareholders.
