Sesana�s son, Co mount war against state

Tshoganetso Sesana and six others are facing charges of hunting in a protected area, after they were arrested in the Central Kalahari Game Reserve (CKGR) few months ago. Their argument for the recusal of Mothuba is that she is the one who signed forms deposing the exhibits of the meat as perishable as a judicial officer.
The trio posits that biltong is not perishable and argues that she may be brought to give evidence on the matter as the case goes on and hence must recuse herself. The accused persons further want the state to save the proceeds of the sold meat into an interest bearing account and not the government coffers, as they may claim the money with interest once they have won the case.
