Serial killer could be back

FRANCISTOWN: Tutume police suspect that the notorious serial rapist and murderer who has been terrorising Sebina and its environs might be back.

Police Station Assistant Station Commander Superintendent Milidzani Mbayi Mbayi said this in an interview with this publication yesterday morning when asked who could be behind the mysterious arsons taking place in the village.

He said that on Thursday night they received a report that two dwellings, one at a cattle post in the vicinity of the village and the other at Sebina junction, were on fire.
