'Serial gang rapist' denied bail

Denying the accused bail, Justice Lot Moroka said that it would not be in the interest of society and justice to grant Kabelo Nkgakile bail since there was evidence before court that he has the propensity for committing similar offences whilst on bail.

Moroka said that an affidavit signed by the investigations officer in the matters that the state prosecutor Kelebogile Kakoma relied on convince the court to deny Nkgakile bail shows that Nkgakile has the propensity to commit similar offences whilst on bail.
