Sekoma divided over headman successor

SEKOMA: Kgosi Kekailwe Tefiso of Sekoma is fighting tooth and nail to avert a possible conflict that might divide his community after senior chief Kgakgamatso Moletsane advised Leremela ward residents to elect their head man of arbitration.

Tefiso was however caught in between a heated debate last Friday on who should ascend the seat after the passing on of Sebopa Leremela. Most of the people nominated Mooketsa Bosigo.

He is said to be instrumental in driving community events and helping his fellow tribesmen where possible. The old man remained silent for the whole of the proceedings and his opposers described how he was not the rightful heir.
