Sekai wouldn't receive Kgafela's warrant of arrest

The Deputy chief of Bakgatla Bana Sekai admitted in a Kgotla meeting held over the weekend in Mochudi that Kgosi Kgolo Kgafela Kgafela II has been issued with a warrant of arrest but that he would not receive it for him.

He explained that he referred the officers who had come to see him to Kgafela in Moruleng. "I told them that I was not a court messenger," he said.

In a full Kgotla meeting attended by the tribe eager to hear more about what was happening in Moruleng, South Africa, Sekai first made an apology that Kgafela didn't manage to return to Botswana because he was still consulting in Moruleng.
