FRANCISTOWN: An ex-convict who recently completed a 210km walk to raise funds for the Jubilee psychiatrist clinic said he yearns for more action.

The 30-year-old, Mothei Sejakgomo, together with his friend, Douglas Maelemane, on October 13 embarked on a sponsored walk that took them five days to complete.

The walk, organised and sponsored by Nyangabgwe Hospital advisory committee began in Francistown and took the two 'Barry Eustices' to the villages of Sebina, Masunga, Mapoka and Tshesebe before they galloped back to Francistown. The charity walk was Sejakgomo's brainchild. Initially, Ian Miseki, accompanied Sejakgomo and Maelemane but Moseki could only make it to Sebina, about 50km east of the northern city of Botswana.
Sejakgomo explained that they covered most of the kilometres running.
