The BCP president was addressing a political rally at Monarch location over the weekend, with the party currently positioning itself for a by-election to replace the late Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) councillor for Monarch West, Shah Jack.

Saleshando charged that citizens across the country do not apply themselves sufficiently to policies offered by various political bodies before voting. He posited that voters tend to vote the BDP for its popularity despite that it is a failing party crowded by incompetent leaders.
