Row breaks out in Francistown council

The councillors were angry and they could barely contain their emotions as they said they were not properly informed about events at the council.
The brawl started when the District Commissioner (DC), Sylvia Muzila, appeared at the full council meeting to clarify the burning issue about an urban development planning 3 (UDP3) meeting that did not go well. Councillors did not show up at the meeting because they said they were not invited.
