Reverend 'Jim' MacDonald dies in Francistown

Reverend Donald James 'Jim' MacDonald II, aged 71, died November 15 2008 at his home in Francistown, Botswana in the arms of his wife, Samba and family.He was educated at Massanutten Military Academy, Grove City College, University of Pittsburgh Medical College of PA. and Moody Bible Institute.

He was ordained by the Association of International Gospel Assemblies in 1984.
He was a United States Army veteran and served his country in Europe, Lebanon and Laos.

As a 1956 honor Military Graduate of the Massanutten Military Academy, Jim MacDonald had received a direct appointment to the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Rev MacDonald was the son of the late Donald J. and Olive D. MacDonald of Pennsylvania.
