Festinah Bakwena, who recently retired from her post as the Ombudsman after serving a silent four years has revealed how she silently envied her South African counterpart, Thuli Madonsela.

Bakwena was appointed the Ombudsman in 2012 at the much-undermined public protector office, a move that prompted mixed reactions from various stakeholders.
