Police investigate Pitsane Molopo death
The police have revealed that they received a report the morning of August 17. They suspect that the incident might have occurred the night before.
Pitsane Molopo Police Station Commander, Superintendent Thusego Kenyafetse said even though they do not know what transpired, they suspect foul play. Investigations into the matter are ongoing to establish the cause of death. "The deceased was found by his mother that early morning lying lifeless on his bed and reported the matter to the police.
Even though we do not know what might have killed him, we strongly suspect foul play because he had bruises and cuts all over his body hence the suspicion that something might have caused his death," he said. Kenyafetse said before the incident, the deceased's mother had left him home alone to attend a funeral in Mabule village and when she returned home the following morning she found him lying on his bed.
He further stated that investigations are ongoing to establish where the deceased might have visited or the person he was last seen with.
