Police Appeal For Help In Teacher's Murder

The police are appealing for information to assist them arrest the murderers of a schoolteacher at Gaborone West Phase II recently.

Gaborone West police said the deceased was attacked by a mob outside a bar at Phase II shopping complex and not Phase I as reported in one of the newspapers.

Gaborone West Police acting Station Commander, Assistant Superintendent Goratwang Odumetse said they are still looking for the suspects. He said they do not have any leads in their investigations. He said this was the first incident of its kind at Gaborone West and it appears the motive behind the murder was robbery. He stated that the teacher was attacked after the bar was closed.
