PEEPA acts to replace Galeforolwe

Government has started looking for a replacement for outgoing Public Enterprises Evaluation and Privatisation Agency (PEEPA) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Joshua Galeforolwe.

The human resource consultancy firm HRMC this week ran advertisements in local newspapers for the position. The deadline is December 11.

Galeforolwe's term was officially scheduled to end last month. However in September the permanent secretary in the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning, Solomon Sekwakwa, made a recommendation to the chairman of the PEEPA board of directors, Blackie Marole, urging the board to extend Galeforolwe's term for another four months while they looked for a replacement.
