Pedestrian dies in Mahalapye–Shoshong road mishap

An elderly man from Bokaa ward, Mahalapye has become the latest victim of a fatal accident after he was struck whilst attempting to cross the Mahalapye–Shoshong road on Saturday evening.

The deceased, 53, met his fate when an oncoming Audi A3 fatally crashed onto him.

Mahalapye Central Police Station commander, Superintendent Meshack Ranku said the accident occurred at 6:30pm near Mphampha Shopping Complex.
