PCJ Motors Helps Children's Rehabilitation Centre

PCJ Motors donated a cheque of P5,000 and food worth over P5,000 to the Red Cross Tlamelong Rehabilitation Centre in Tlokweng on Friday.

Speaking at the donation ceremony, Tlamelong project coordinator Chebukani Nkobodo said they appreciate efforts made by companies like PCJ Motors, which help the needy in society. She said Tlamelong is faced with many challenges especially shortage of money, hence the PCJ donation is very important. Clifford Nsompa from PCJ said they have seen it as their responsibility to give not only in terms of money but anything that can help the centre. He stated that the bible says that 'blessed is the hand that gives, than the one that takes'. Nsompa said it is not be the first time they have helped the centre and they will always be available to assist when they can. Tlamelong is a centre that cares for disabled children and teaches them practical skills to earn a living. The Red Cross established the centre. It admits children from all over the country. More than 4,000 children have graduated from the centre.
