Ntuane remains opposition leader until November

Leader of the Opposition in Parliament, Botsalo Ntuane, says he has declined to stay at the official residence because the position changes hands often.

After losing two MPs-Philip Makgalemele and Patrick Masimolole - to the Botswana Democratic Party, the BMD is left with six MPs, the same number as that of the Botswana National Front.

Since the development, the BMD has kept the position of Leader of the Opposition and Ntuane says in November when Parliament opens, the two parties will come together and decide who takes over from him.
