Not A Peoples Budget, Says Morima

FRANCISTOWN: Botswana National Youth Council (BNYC) director, Ndulamo Morima, a panellist at a discussion on the 2009 budget says that it was not a people's budget.

Morima said that though the budge was well presented, it had little to do with the people.

"It is not a people's budget. One thing we should do as a civil society is lobby for a budget that is people-involved and they do not only come as critics once the budget has been presented," he said.
