Nkani leaves Metropolitan

Yesterday Metropolitan announced that the organisation regretted his resignation and extended its gratitude to him for his contribution to the company.
A statement from Metropolitan said that Nkani has decided to pursue 'personal interests'.
Nkani was not available for comment yesterday. Financial manager, Ishmael Mpofu, has been appointed acting managing director.
Nkani joined the insurance firm last year after the departure of another local, Nathan Kgabi.
At last week's event, Nkani said that human capital is the most important to any company and Metropolitan subscribes to an international standard, Investors In People, which sets out a level of good practice for the management and development of personnel to achieve business goals.
