Ndelu's ministry concludes P200M deal witout tendering

The deal concluded between the Ministry of Lands and the property company on behalf of the Ministry of Defense sees Ndelu Seretse Ministry paying P175 million as rental for office space and parking for five years.
The Public Procurement and Aset Dispossal Board has thrown a spanner in the works by totally rejecting the deal along with its associated tenders that has already cost the ministry another P13 million. The office space, located at the CBD has already been partitioned by a certain company , also without tendering.
