Ndebo Mbuya to be launched next month

FRANCISTOWN: The Ikalanga version of the Bible, Ndebo Mbuya, will be launched next month after four months of fund-raising activities.

This was announced at the fund-raising dinner held on Friday at Aerodrome Primary School to mark the end of the fundraising drive that included gospel concerts and selling of t-shirts in different congregations.

Speaking at the event, High Court Judge Mpaphi Phumaphi said there is irrefutable evidence that the influence of the Bible has, over the years, permeated Botswana's cultural fabric.
